Subcontractors
You can now invite subcontractors to Digilog. They document with their own accounts in the projects you assign to them, and all documentation is gathered in your account, with the right company shown in the reports.
Many installation companies rely on subcontractors, but the documentation still needs to be gathered in one place, in the right project and with the right company stated. Digilog now makes that possible.
Invite a subcontractor by email address, directly from the project. The subcontractor works with their own account and their own company, and only sees the projects you assign to them. Everything they document ends up in your project, just as when your own installers are working.
The reports clearly show who did what: your company is listed as the Responsible contractor, and the subcontractor is shown under Performed by, on behalf of your company.
You decide how much the subcontractor can do: restricted access to document in assigned projects, or full access equivalent to one of your own installers. You can also set a date when their access expires.
